Our benefits

SPENDITCARD

The SpenditCard enables us employees to afford the odd tax-free extra. We think that 660 euros per year on top of our salary in the form of the SpenditCard is just brilliant!

Time recording

Digital recording makes us more flexible, gives us greater freedom and allows us to better organise our working hours around our lives – and we think that’s very fair.

Company bike

The company bike gets us to wherever we want to go. At the same time, the bike leasing scheme saves us money and we just love life on two wheels.

31 days’ annual leave

In addition to the statutory entitlement to 20 days’ annual leave, every employee is given an extra 11 days, regardless of how old you are or how long you have been working for us.

Our agency is located in the heart of a shopping district, which means that there is a wide range of food outlets.

Modern workspace

Each employee works at their own modern workspace with the latest computers, height-adjustable desks, professional software packages and a modern infrastructure.

Coffee bar

Our offices are air-conditioned and maintain an optimal indoor climate all year round.

Free hours

Free hours – that sounds good! Besides our annual leave, all employees simply get additional free hours credited to our overtime account. Those working full-time are entitled to 40 free hours per year, which they can use to take time off or receive payment in lieu the following year.
